Kinny Co Limited commissions the site www.printful.com and abides by Printful’s shipping policy, as defined below:
“We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

We use the Printful live delivery rates which are dynamic, the delivery costs vary from item to item and additional items are shipped at a fraction of the delivery cost of the first item. Please pay careful attention the the delivery costs when you place

- Refunds and exchange policy
Due to the niche nature of the Kinny Swag Store products; Kinny Swag operates on a no refunds or exchanges basis, all items ordered are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. Kinny Swag will not refund any delivery costs incurred at any time. Kinny Swag may choose to refund the cost, offer you a reduced price on a replacement or exchange an item on a discretionary basis.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to Kinny Co Limited (email@example.com) within 15 days after the product has been received. The Kinny Swag Store will then notify the issue to the printing company www.printful.com. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of Printful are covered at Printful expense.
2. Return Address
All sent packages are marked with the Printful return address, so that if the package is returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, etc.), it will go back to (Printful) and they can take care of it.
3. Reasons for Returns
As Kinny Swag uses Printful’s services for fulfillment; delivery and returns, Printful’s returns policy applies,
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once Printful or Kinny Swag Store have confirmed an updated address with you the customer.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Returned by Customer – It is best to contact Kinny Swag before returning any products. Printful do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at Kinny Swag discretion.
